1. I have a specific question. Where can I go?

Click here for our contact details. We are available by phone from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM! We answer emails within 24 hours.

2. How can I pay for my purchase?

If you order through our webshop, you can pay securely via iDeal. You can also pay by credit card, PayPal, and for businesses or for larger purchases, payment by invoice is of course also possible.

3. At what amount will my order be shipped for free?

Orders over €75 will be shipped for free (provided your delivery address is within the Benelux). For orders under €75, the shipping costs are €7.95 including VAT (€6.57 excluding VAT).

4. What are the shipping times during holidays and weekends?

At Brada Verpakkingen, packages ordered during holidays are delivered the next business day. Furthermore, we do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays.

If you order before 11:59 PM on a weekday, you will receive your order the next day.
