When do you use Kraft bags?

With kraft paper, long paper fibres are pressed very tightly together, creating a high density and making the paper less porous. As a result, it allows less oxygen to pass through and less moisture can leak through, which in turn benefits the quality of the packaged product. The higher the density, the less moisture can pass through the paper. That makes it very convenient to, for example, pack bread or give it as a bag.
