Where do you use hand wrap film, and why do you use it?

Hand wrap film (also known as stretch film) is used to hold items on a pallet together. Wrapping the pallet in foil ensures that it becomes one solid piece and stays put on the pallet. During a delivery, for example, this avoids products from tumbling over or shattering unnecessarily.
