Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount will be credited. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at verkoop@bradaverpakkingen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Custom-made items
Due to the unique nature of custom-made items, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. In that case, you must notify us within 3 business days. Please notify us of your return upon receipt and provide photos of the damaged or defective item. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement. Please note: We do not accept returns due to changes in personal preference or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you provide the correct sizing and specifications when placing your order. What about shipping times during holidays and weekends?
At Brada Verpakkingen, packages ordered during holidays will be delivered the next business day. We do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays.
If you order before 14:00 (2 PM) on a weekday, you will receive your order the next day.
